Custom Foot Orthotics
The total cost for a pair of custom foot orthotics, which includes your health history, biomechanical and gait analysis, casting, orthotic fabrication and dispensing is $485.00. There is no tax on custom foot orthotics, as it is a medical device.
Please note there are additional fees for rush orders or specialty topcovers.
Custom orthotic footwear prices vary by selection and start at $650.00.
A deposit is required at the time of your initial visit once your exam and casts for orthotics have been completed.
This is put toward the total cost of your orthotics.
The deposit is $150 for a pair of custom foot orthotics, and $300 for custom orthotic footwear
The balance is due at the time of your fitting. Orthotics are not able to be billed to your insurer aside from eligible VAC members through Medavie Blue Cross. Insurers will not allow clinics to bill for orthotics.
Compression Socks
Compression hosiery and socks pricing varies by manufacturer, compression gradient, product and product length (knee high, thigh high or panty hose).

Most extended health care plans cover chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, custom foot orthotics, medical compression socks and registered kinesiology. Please check your individual policy for more information.

We bill Blue Cross for Veterans Affairs members and Canadian Forces with approved treatment, WSIB and your auto insurer directly for treatment related to automobile accident claims. We will also direct bill your insurance company through Telus Health eClaims should you have difficulty with the submission if the insurer is affiliated with Telus Health. We will also direct bill as a courtesy to Sun Life and Blue Cross, should you have difficulty with your claim submission.
