Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
At Kingston West Family Chiropractic, we value your time and we appreciate when you value ours as well as the time of other members of our practice.
For this reason we do have a 24 hour policy for changing or cancelling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the fee equivalent to the missed or cancelled appointment. We do realize that life happens sometimes and for extenuating circumstance, such as illness, and medical emergencies, we will make an exception.
This policy ensures that our practitioners are fairly compensated for their time and we can continue to provide the highest quality care to all our patients. It also provides us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another practice member.
*Cancellation fees are payable at or before the next appointment. Extended health benefits or any other type of insurance coverage can not be billed to settle your account for cancellation fees or unattended appointments.
