Patient Guidelines & Procedures

As COVID-19 continues to evolve, so do our clinic policies. 

Appointment reminder emails along with COVID-19 screening questions continue to be sent out the day prior to appointments. Please review and answer the questions accordingly, the day prior to your appointment. 

1. Patients will be required to use hand sanitizer on all areas of hands and wrists before being moved to the treatment area.  
2. Masks or face coverings are now optional.  Should patients forget their masks but want to wear one during their appointment we have some available in the clinic. 
3. Outdoor footwear that is wet or muddy must be left inside the clinic at the front door. There is ample space on the floor mats inside the front door near the washroom. 
4. We will be trying to minimize any contact.  Email receipts, using tap type payment, e-transfers and payments by credit card prior to the appointment and minimal use of forms will be our preference.
